About Ultara LLC
Ultara LLC is an independent software company based in Evanston, Illinois, USA. We build native iOS applications for developers and productivity-minded users.
Licenses & App Purchases
When you purchase an Ultara app, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use that app on devices associated with your Apple ID, subject to Apple's App Store terms. One-time purchases include all future updates to that app at no additional cost.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Ultara products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our apps. You may not resell or redistribute our software.
User Responsibility
Ultara apps connect to third-party services and infrastructure that you own or control (e.g., your homelab servers). You are solely responsible for the security of those services and for ensuring you have authorization to access them. Ultara is not responsible for any damage to third-party systems resulting from your use of our apps.
No Warranties
Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every configuration. Use of our apps is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ultara LLC and its principals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Refunds
App purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests should be directed to Apple in accordance with their policies.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
